DirectPings
Child safety standards
Last updated October 26, 2026
These standards apply to the DirectPings mobile app and to directpings.com. They describe who the product is for, what is prohibited, and how to report a concern about a child.
Our commitment
DirectPings has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit sexual content involving anyone under 18, and we prohibit grooming, solicitation, trafficking, and any other exploitation of a child.
What DirectPings is
DirectPings is a personal productivity app. You create reminders for yourself, keep a journal, and leave a todo or checklist visible. It is not a social network, a dating service, or a product for discovering or contacting other people.
The app and this website are developed by Ete-services.
Age
DirectPings is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it and, where appropriate, close the account. Anyone under the age of majority where they live should use the service only as their local law and a parent or guardian allow.
Prohibited conduct and content
You may not use reminders, images, descriptions, journal entries, or checklist items to:
- Create, store, request, or share sexual content involving anyone under 18.
- Groom, solicit, traffic, or otherwise exploit a child.
- Sexualize a minor, including in drawings or text when the content is sexual.
- Help anyone else do those things.
What we do when we learn of it
If we become aware of CSAE content or conduct, we remove the content, restrict or close the account, preserve what the law requires us to preserve, and report to the appropriate authorities. Where United States law applies, that includes a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. In other countries we report to the competent authority.
How to report
Email safety@directpings.com from this page or from the app. Say what you saw, where it appeared, and the time if you have it. Reports about a child are reviewed first.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services before writing to us.
